I recently bought a new dell laptop which came with windows vista which i am really liking. I really like the speech recognition, everything works so much easier. Anyway, my question is, using vista’s speech recognition program, is there a way that i can sign in at the login screen using only my voice? Or do I have to type my password in. Also if anyone knows of a program that signs in to your computer using your voice as a username and password, please do tell.

Obviously, it’s not possible. Microsoft operating systems are widely used in enterprises and it would be quite dangerous to let people log themselves in by saying their password loud.
