Windows Vista Question? I denied a program i now need to have access. Help?

I accidently pressed the always block this program button when i installed windows life messenger thinking it was something else and now it won’t start because of this. How do i change this? Thanks

Go to your control panel.
System and Security
Then under Windows Firewall select ‘Allow a program through Windows Firewall’
