First, go to the Quick Books website and see if they have a Vista patch for your version. OK...I went over to QB and a number of people asked them the same question you're asking here. Their answer: "...only 2008 and 2009 are Vista compatable" You should try running it with the computer in XP compatability mode although one of the answerers over at Intuit said that even in that case some of the program's functions might not work.
