vista take a lot of fine tuning and tweaking to make it a good OS,after you did all that tweaking it is definitely worth it,it is even better than OSX after you are done,way better.but out of the box osx is better.

WOW!! I Installed Windows Vista Right Now From This Video , I Had The CD For Like 6 Years And My Brother Always Said It Won’t Work & It Actually Does! Windows Vista Is GREAT!!
I have no remote differrential compression in my list is there some kind of command for it?

right click properties,personalize,windows color and appearence.then u can choose windows aero and it will come.

I found a way to get a aero theme on vista basic search windoes vista basic aero hidden theme probley u might find it
you can get Aero in Windows Vista Home Basic, look for it in youtube
