How to install the free Vista Aero icons on to your computer:

1. Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize
2. When the “Appearance and Personalization” window appears, select the “Change desktop icons” task.
3. Now select the icon you want to change, click on “Change Icon…” button and browse to the folder where you’ve extracted the icons.

I am in excel and bring the scroll bars back and save the doc I am working on. I have hundreds of excel worksheets and save documents each time I work on them and close them. Somehow my Windows Vista Thinks I don’t want the scroll bar. How do i reset the scroll bar to remain and not disappear each time I open a document?
